Who looks after your details

What we collect and why

• Your name, mobile number and order: to make and hand over your order and to call you if there is a problem. We use your number for your stamp card.
• Your delivery address and postcode: to deliver your order. We delete addresses after 90 days.
• Allergy information you give us: only to make your order safely.
• Offers by text message: only if you tick the box. You can stop them at any time by telling us.

Payments

Card payments are handled by SumUp. We never see or store your card details.

Who else sees your details

We do not sell your details. They are stored with our service providers: Cloudflare (website and order system) and SumUp (payments). We use postcodes.io to check your postcode is in our delivery area; only the postcode is sent.

How long we keep them

Delivery addresses: 90 days. Your name, number and stamp card: until you ask us to delete them. Order records: as long as the law requires for our accounts.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or stop offers, by contacting us. If you are unhappy with how we use your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
