Who we are

Taste Italian Bistro, a pizza trailer at Pitch 24, Midland Road, Bedford MK40 1BY. Contact: tasteitalianbistro@gmail.com or Instagram @taste.italian.bedford. Trading name: Taste Italian Bistro.

Orders and payment

When you pay, your order is confirmed and we start making it. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Payment is taken by SumUp; we never see your card details.

Delivery and collection

We deliver within 5 miles of the trailer. Delivery costs £2.50 and the minimum order for delivery is £15. Delivery and collection times are our best estimate; at busy times there may be a short delay, and we will call you if it is longer.

Cancellations and refunds

Because our pizzas are freshly made to order, you cannot cancel once you have paid. If something is wrong with your order, or it does not arrive, contact us straight away and we will put it right or give you a refund. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Allergies

Every item on our menu lists its allergens. Our kitchen handles all 14 major allergens, so we cannot guarantee that any item is free from traces. Always ask us to confirm before ordering, and tell us about any allergy in the allergy box when you order.

Stamp card

You get one stamp for every pizza, calzone, panino, half moon and slice meal deal you pay for, online or at the trailer, linked to your phone number. Drinks, sides and slices on their own do not earn stamps. With 9 stamps your next pizza is free, up to £10. The free pizza can only be collected at the trailer, not used online. Stamps for refunded orders are removed. Stamps have no cash value. We may change or end the stamp card with reasonable notice.
